INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the aubergine lengthwise and thinely. Grill on a ridged grill plate.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with olive oil. Slice the onion and
scatter, do the same with the eggs. Throw on the capers and vinegar and
season.
