Shredded Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat grill for indirect cooking. Combine meat, onion, egg, relish,
ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Using your hands or an
electric mixer, mix until thoroughly combined.
Shape into a 7 inch round. Place in a grill basket or directly on the
grill rack. Cook in center of grill, away from direct heat.
Cook, turning once, about 30 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Sprinkle top with cheese and cook until cheese melts.
Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 3 or 4 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
