INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly
combined in a mixing bowl. Marinate chicken for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or
charcoal grill and let it burn
down to embers.
Grill chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with the
relish spooned over it.
