INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Olive oil
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 T Chopped chives or minced
shallots
1 T Dijon mustard
1 Minced clove garlic
1/2 t Salt
12 New potatoes partially
cooked
2 Summer squash halved and
sliced vertically within
1/2 inch of top
2 Yellow/green peppers halved
seeded and sliced in
vertical strips
1 Onion cut into 1/2 to 3/4
inch thick slices
4 Halibut, 6-oz each steaks
or other fish steaks

INSTRUCTIONS

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@aol.com>  Combine oil, lemon juice,
chives, mustard, garlic and salt in small  mixing bowl; blend well.
Arrange vegetables on grill about 5 minutes  before fish; baste
frquently. Arraneg fish on grill; cook 5 minutes  per side or about 10
minutes per inch of thickness, basting  frequently.  Posted to
