INSTRUCTIONS
* Note: See the "Grilled Pepper And Black Olive Relish" recipe which is
included in this collection.
Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until
thoroughly combined. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or
charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers. Grill chicken for 4 minutes
on each side or until done. Serve with the Grilled Pepper And Black Olive
Relish spooned over it. This recipe yields 4 servings.
