INSTRUCTIONS
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise
mixture over each of 2 bread slices; top each with 1 cheese slice, 1 ounce
ham, 1/2 cup cabbage, and 1 ounce ham. Top with remaining bread slices.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until
hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Yield: 2
servings.
