RELISH
Directions: Whisk together in a mixing bowl the ingredients for the
marinade. Place the pork chops in a large freezer bag and pour marinade
into bag. Place bag into refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour. To prepare
the relish, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. To cook the
chops, place on the barbecue for 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Serve with relish.
