1 lb Pencil asparagus,; 3 inches long
1 lb Parsnips, 1/4-inch square,; 3 inches long
1 lb Carrots, 1/4-inch square,; 3 inches long
1 lb Fennel 1/4-inch square,; 1-inch long
1 lb Beets 1/4 -inch square,; 1-inch long
1 c Minced country ham
Olive oil
1 tb Allspice
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl combine vegetables, lightly oil and season with
salt, pepper and allspice. Grill until cooked
