INSTRUCTIONS
Grill the salmon. Meanwhile finely chop all ingredients except the lemon
(zest and juice it). Also reserve a couple of basil leaves for garnish.
Mash altogether with the butter and when the salmon is ready put a generous
spoonful on top and garnish with the basil.
