INGREDIENTS

4 7-oz salmon filets
Salt and pepper
1/2 c White wine
1/8 c Lemon juice
1 tb Heavy cream
1 Shallot; minced
1 c Unsalted butter
1 Cuke; peeled, seeded and sliced
1 tb Chopped fresh dill

INSTRUCTIONS

Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill til done. Combine wine, lemon
juice, cream and shallot in a saucepan and cook over high heat til mixture
slightly thick. Whisk in butter over low heat. Add cuke and chopped
dill.Serve over salmon filets. Sauce makes 2 C.
