INGREDIENTS

4 8 ounce salmon fillets; brushed with oil
8 tb Honey
4 tb Dijon mustard
4 tb Water; warm
1 tb Olive oil
3 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

HONEY DIJON SAUCE: 1) Combine honey, Dijon mustard, water, olive oil, soy
sauce, salt & pepper.
PREPARATION: 1) Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and grill 3 to 5
minutes on one side. Turn.
2) While grilling on second side, brush with Honey Dijon Sauce. Grill a
total of approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with extra sauce on the
side.
Suggested Wine: Johannisberg Riesling, White Zinfandel
NOTES : Be careful! The honey in this sauce will burn quickly.
