INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare and heat up your barbecue grill. Slice the squash into 1/2 inch
slices. Combine the butter, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and mace in a small
saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is disolved. Brush the
squash with the spiced butter and place on the hot grill. Cook, basting
frequently, until the squash is tender and lightly browned on both sides.
