INGREDIENTS

4 Grilled sweet onions; peeled & sliced
1 tb Butter
1 tb Canola oil
1 c Balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter and oil in a medium skillet, add onions and cook until onions
begin to caramelize.
Add balsamic vinegar and continue cooking until liquid has a syrupy
consistency.
This is a delicious garnish for grilled vegetables.
