INGREDIENTS

1 pk Prefried tofu squares
1 Cucumber : juliened
1 Carrot
x Some bean sprouts : blanced
x Pineapples : sliced
Thinly/strips
: juliened

INSTRUCTIONS

1) grill the tofu squares lightly then cut the sides open then stuff the
julienned vegs.
2) EAT with sauce : 1 part chilli sauce   1 part lemon juice  sugar to
taste
Hope that you'll all try this quick finger food and for the kids eat with
plum sauce!
