This is one of our favorites! The meal is very aromatic and flavorful,
as well as quick and easy to make!! The recipe is from the Calgary
Herald. Combine orange juice and cornstarch in small bowl and set
aside. Saute meat in large skillet over med-high heat until cooked
through; break up with a fork. Drain off excesss juice and fat, and
set aside. Add sesame oil to skillet and stir-fry ginger, garlic and
orange peel (optional) briefly. Add green onion and stir-fry 1 minute.
Return meat to skillet and add hoisin; stir until blended. Add orange
juice mixture and stir until thickened (about 1 minute). Spoon onto
rice or couscous; this can be flavored with chicken stock while
cooking. Serve immediately. Lysa & Kevin Faichuk, Calgary, Alberta
