When I make guac I like to taste the avocado so I don't use any lemon or
lime juice. My recipe is pretty simple.
Mix all ingredients and mash with a big fork. Don't put it in a food
processor whatever you do. It should be chunky. If I want it spicy I add a
little cayenne pepper or finely chopped serrano chiles. Sometimes, if I'm
in the mood, I add some chopped cilantro.
