Recipe By: Betty Crocker's Cookbook
Mix lamb, water, lemon juice, salt, cumin, oregano, pepper, garlic and
onion. Shape into 4 thin patties. Cook patties in oil over medium heat 10
to 12 minutes, turning frequently, until done. Split each bread halfway
around edge with knife and separate to form pocket. Place patty in each
pocket. Top with lettuce. Mix yogurt, mint and sugar. Stir in cucumber.
Spoon onto lettuce and top wit h tomato. 4 SANDWICHES; 555 CALORIES PER
SANDWICH.
