6 Whole Pitas
2 Whole Tomatoes; chopped
1 Whole Red Onion; chopped
2 c Sour Cream; or yogurt
1 md Cucumber; seeded, pureed; strained
2 Cloves garlic
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar; or to taste
