Grains Indo Polkadot, Faylen, Hot/spicy, Sauces 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Seeded, deveined habaneros
1 c Cider vinegar
1 tb Salt
1 ts Ground allspice
1 ts Ground thyme
1/2 ts Ground sage
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Sugar
1 tb Lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

I took habaneros, vinegar, and salt, covered it and put it on low heat
until the peppers were soft. (This is when you need open windows and
fans.) I added allspice, thyme, sage, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, and lime
juice. I let it sit until cool, then very carefully put it in the blender
and pureed until smooth. It's a really potent sauce, but tasty. My hands
were still burning at 4AM, so be prepared. This recipe filled up a salad
bottle.
