INSTRUCTIONS
I took habaneros, vinegar, and salt, covered it and put it on low heat
until the peppers were soft. (This is when you need open windows and
fans.) I added allspice, thyme, sage, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, and lime
juice. I let it sit until cool, then very carefully put it in the blender
and pureed until smooth. It's a really potent sauce, but tasty. My hands
were still burning at 4AM, so be prepared. This recipe filled up a salad
bottle.
Yield: 1 bottle
