Seafood Fish 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Leek, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
2 T Oil
1 T All-purpose flour
2 c Boiling water
1 T Chopped parsley
1 c Raw peas
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Black pepper
1 lb Halibut steak

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute. add water. cook, stirring ,until
smooth and thickened add remaining ingredients except halibut simmer
for 15 minutes Place fish in flameproof baking dish. pour sauce over.
