INGREDIENTS

1 Whole halibut
1 Duck breast
1 2 cm piece ginger, sliced
1 Sliced spring onion
2 Sliced cloves garlic
Preserved ginger
Fresh bread crumbs
Rice
1 t Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
1 t White wine vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Place halibut on a plate in a steamer. Strew with spring onion,
garlic, ginger, sesame oil and vinegar. Steam for 8 minutes.  Discard
