INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place broccoli and water in a 2 quart casserole. Cover.
2. Microwave at high (100%) until tender-crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
3. In a large bowl combine broccoli, ham, onions, rice and half the cheese.
4. Blend eggs, soup and seasoning. Stir into rice mixture.
5. Turn mixture into a 2 quart casserole.
6. Microwave at medium high (70%) until firm around edge, 10 to 1 2
minutes.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese melts, 3 to 4 minutes. Makes
