INGREDIENTS

| 1 | c | Cooked ham; cubed |
| 2 | md | Leeks, sauteed in butter; sliced thin |
| 1 | 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach; thawed and drained | |
| 1 | 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces; drained | |
| 1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 4 | oz | Swiss cheese; grated |
| Salt & pepper; to taste | ||
| Seasoned bread crumbs | ||
| Cooking spray |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix well all ingredients *except* bread crumbs; turn into prepared 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake ~30 minutes.
