INSTRUCTIONS
In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook ham, onion
and pepper until veggies are tender-crisp, stirring often. Add rest of
ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes
or until potatoes are tender, stirring often.
[I would bet one could add a bread or cracker crumb topping to this. Also-
be versatile with different meats and maybe some veggies.]
