1 tb Margarine or oil
1/2 c Cooked and chopped ham
1 md Onion; sliced, (about 1/2c)
1/4 c Diced green or red sweet pepper
1 cn (10 3/4 oz) Campbells Condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Prepared mustard
4 c Frozen diced potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook ham, onion
and pepper until veggies are tender-crisp, stirring often. Add rest of
ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes
or until potatoes are tender, stirring often.
[I would bet one could add a bread or cracker crumb topping to this. Also-
be versatile with different meats and maybe some veggies.]
