INSTRUCTIONS
Using a processor, chop mushrooms until fine, but not too fine. Saute
mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes until tender. Using processor,
process ham bits until very smooth, add thyme, mustard and tabasco. In
a medium bowl, blend mushrooms, ham, and cream cheese. Pack into a
pretty bowl, or crock, or shape into log. Refrigerate to mellow. Serve
with crackers. From-"Carols from the Kitchen" This would be good as a
filling for cream puffs, sandwiches, or cherry tomatoes, or spread on
crisp, sturdy, raw veggies. Submitted By RHOMMEL
