INGREDIENTS

5 c Plain bread cubes or crouton
1 lb Ham, chopped*
2 c Cheddar cheese, cubed small*
4 c Milk **
1/4 t Pepper**
6 Eggs**
1/3 c Corn oil**
1 t Salt**
1 t Dry mustard**
1/3 C flour**

INSTRUCTIONS

Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this
mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300
for 1 1/2 hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut  into
squares. Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)  :            Hope you
