Sprinkle soy sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in a
pan and add eggs, cooking for 1 minute. Add 2 cups cold rice and fry well,
mixing with the eggs.
Add ham, peas, and onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce
prior to serving.
