INSTRUCTIONS
Mix pork and ham. Add bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Mix thoroughly.
Form into a loaf. To make sauce, blend brown sugar, water, vinegar and
mustard. Bake ham loaf at 325° for 2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.
Serve with remaining sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
