INGREDIENTS
| 4 | c | Ground cooked ham |
| 2 | tb | Grated onion |
| 1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 1 | c | Seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1/2 | c | Pineapple juice |
| 1 | Egg; slightly beaten |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Press into a glass loaf dish. Cover with wax paper Microwave at medium high (70%) until center is set, 8 to 10 minutes.
