INSTRUCTIONS
Toss all ingredients except Cheddar Dressing. Serve with dressing and
freshly ground pepper if desired. Cheddar Dressing: Place all
ingredients in workbowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or
in blender container. Cover and process, stopping once to scrape down
sides, until mixture is of uniform consistency, about 30 seconds.
