Ham steaks or 4-1/2 inch thick slices left over baked ham |

Mild prepared mustard |

Grated rind and juice from 1 orange |
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the clay pot in water for 10 minutes. Place the ham in the pot. Dot
each ham steak with butter and add all the remaining ingredients. Cover and
place in a cold oven. Adjust the heat to 400 degrees F. and cook for 35
minutes.

BTW, if you crack the pot, it can be repaired by using two part epoxy which
will withstand the oven heat okay. Sale's book recommends Elmer's Two Part
Epoxy, but I wouldn't hesitate to use another brand if that one isn't
available.
