INSTRUCTIONS
Spread the slices of bread with the cream cheese. Trim the ham to fit
the slices of bread. Layer the ham and watercress on the bread. Using
a serrated knife, cut the sandwich in half diagonally. Garnish the
sandwiches with orange sections and sprinkle with red onion. From the
