INGREDIENTS

2 c All purpose flour
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1 pn Salt
3 ts (scant) baking powder
2 Eggs
Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking Time: 12 minutes @ 350 degrees F
Mix dry ingredients together. Add shortening and cut in as for pie crust.
Add 2 well beaten eggs and enough water to hold dough together. Roll out
with rolling pin, cut into circles, fill. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
