INSTRUCTIONS
This is a small batch I use in my bread machine.
Mix on manual setting, when completed divide into 8 pieces form into balls
then place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball into a 4" diameter.
Cover; let rise in warm place 15 to 30 min.You can if you wish brush buns
with beaten egg and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. Bake at 400
degree for 10 to 12 min.
