INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter or margarine together with sugar or honey. Beat in eggs and
mix together well. Add dry ingredients (which have been sifted together),
then extract. Form dough into a ball; chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour
before rolling out. Roll out 1/8" thickness on floured board; cut into
shapes using holiday cookie cutters (in the shape of menorahs, dreidels or
Jewish stars).Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie
sheets; let cool on wire rack. Can be decorated with blue icing, if
desired. Makes 4 dozen.
