INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | tb | Flour |
| 1/4 | c | Water |
| 1/4 | c | White vinegar |
| 2 | cn | (16 oz) whole beets; drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar and flour and stir in the water and vinegar. Place beets in crock pot, pour the vinegar-sugar mixture over them and stir to coat.
