INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a
mixing bowl, combine water, cranberries, apple, apple juice, lemon peel,
and egg whites. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, raisins,
baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix wet ingredients with
dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
Bake for 20 minutes depending on pan size.
