INGREDIENTS

2 c Loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 pk (3 oz.) cream cheese with chives; softened
1/2 c Milk
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Crushed corn flakes
1/4 ts Paprika; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large strainer, rinse potatoes with cold water until slightly thawed;
drain. In a 3 quart casserole, combine potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cream
cheese, milk and garlic powder. Cover and microwave on high for 6 to 9
minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once. Remove. Sprinkle with
corn flakes, and add paprika, if desired.
