This is a really simple recipe and easy to make. Tonight we're having it
as an entree for a special birthday dinner for my Grandmother but it's
equally good for breakfast, brunch or as a lite meal. It doesn't really
have a name but for the purposes of this page we'll call it
Now there are no exact quantities for this dish just do as many as required
Grill Hash Browns as per instructions. When cooked place a slice of cream
cheese on each one. On that place a slice or piece of smoked salmon. On
that place a very thin wedge of lemon with skin. Top off with a caper or
two. It's ready to serve, looks great and tastes even better.
