INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, vinegar, spices, salt,
and vanilla. Then add raisins and apples. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40
minutes. Top with whipped cream if desired.
Serves 6 or more.
