INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Soy sauce
1 tb Brown sugar; packed
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Cider vinegar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 Cl Garlic; crushed
1 1/2 lb White fish fillets
1 tb Fresh parsley; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

1st 6 ingrediants, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once.
Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with
sauce and broil 4 minutes.  Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
