INSTRUCTIONS
Stir all ingredients together and divide into 8 small paper cups. Insert
stick into each and freeze.
Makes 4 servings (WW: 1/2 Milk, 1/2 Fruit, 5 optional calories) 103 cals,
2 g fat (13% cff).
