INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, fry bacon. Add onion; sauté for 1 minute. Add remaining
ingredients. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 6
servings.
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 1/2 cup chopped celery, and dash of
pepper may be added to chowder.
