INSTRUCTIONS
Directions In a large bowl, combine the turkey meat, spike seasoning,
worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and scallions. Form 4 patties.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat until hot. Add the
patties to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip over and add the
soy sauce. Cover pan and allow to simmer until patties are cooked
through. Remove lid and place one slice cheese on each patty and allow
to melt. To make the hamburger spread, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup
and relish. Place on oven steamed buns and serve with your favorite
condiments. Un-Fried French Fries - Toss together the sliced potatoes
with the egg whites and cajun seasoning. Spray a cookie sheet with
vegetable spray and place the potatoes onto the sheet. Place in a 400
degree oven for 35-40 minutes, turning often until fries are crispy.
