Healthy Choice Ground Beef 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats 2 egg whites or 1 egg,lightly beaten 1/2 cup ketchup 2 Tbls. finely chopped onion 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper From:Low Fat,Low Calorie,Low Cholesterol,Light Cooking (1994) Makes 5 servings Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl just until combined. Press gently into lightly greased 9x5x3" loaf pan.Bake 45-50 minutes until firm and heated through.Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. calories---169 cholesterol---44 mg. fat---4 gr. sodium---559 mg. (Notes:This is the most perfect meatloaf I've ever tasted. I omit the salt and don't miss it at all.)
