Spray the sides of a springform pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Combine cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of
pan. Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until well
blended. Add eggs, mix until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 325'
for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3
hours. Top with strawberries before serving.
Per serving (1 slice): Calories 208, Fat 5g, Saturated Fat 1g, Cholesterol
58mg, Sodium 440mg.
