4 oz Finely chopped; cooked chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tb Finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tb Low-fat creamy Italian dressing
1 ts Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

VEGGIE SPECIAL
TUNA 'N' EGG SALAD
SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD
Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches.
Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
