1/2 ts FF mayonnaise
1 tb Yogurt
1/4 ts Ginger; minced
1/4 ts Garlic; minced
1/4 ts Cilantro; minced
1/2 ts Scallions; minced
White pepper to taste
1 ts Soy sauce

Here's another low fat salad dressing that's one of my favorites:
Clean and cut romaine into thirds or quarters lengthwise.  Combine all
remaining ingredients for dressing and pour over romaine.  I usually triple
this recipe and add more ginger and garlic.  A little lemon juice is also a
good addition.
