INGREDIENTS

2 lb Cut up stew meat
1 lg Diced onion
3 Carrots 1/2 inch slices; up to 4
1 lb Thickly sliced mushrooms
2 tb Paparika
1 ts Pepper
3/4 c Ketchup
Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown meat and saute onions in oil. Add seasonings and ketchup and simmer
covered over low heat for 1 hour. Add carrots and mushrooms and continue to
simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over thick noodles.
