INSTRUCTIONS
1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves -- crushed 1 teaspoon Dried basil
leaves -- crushed 8 ounces Fat-free natural Mozzarella -- cheese, Healthy
Choi 1 cup Onion rings 1 cup Green pepper rings 8 ounces Fat-free
Healthy Choice -- shredded pizza chees
Heat oven to 450 F. Press bread dough onto bottom and 1" up sides of 13" x
9" baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at
450 F. for 10 minutes. Top wtih mozzarella cheese. Combine pasta sauce,
garlic, oregano and basil; spread over cheese. Top with onions, green
peppers and mushrooms; sprinkle with shredded pizza cheese. continue baking
at 450 F. for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust is deep
golden brown. 12 servings, each 206 calories, 16 g protein, 24 g carbo., 1
g total fat, 0 g saturated fat, 10 mg cholesterol, 469 mg sodium.
